This would not be a good first-board for a new surfer, but it would be great for someone who's still newer to the sport but has gotten comfortable popping up on waves. Also good for a novice to advanced surfer. Thruster fin setup. Good mid-sized board for smaller waves and can hold up in large surf as well.
